1980s: A new generation
Ruth and Steve's 3 children, Joey, Tommy and Cara Warburton were born in the 1980s.

As Ruth was a teacher, she was able to spend most summer holidays at Broad How during the 1980s, often with friends and their children.
TC died in December 1988 at the age of 90. She left Broad How to Jane.
