As a traditional family home, Broad How does not have en suite rooms, but it has ample and wonderful bathroom facilities for any size of group. 

Recently renovated, with genuine Westmorland Slate floor, and Farrow and Ball paints, with a vast original bath, piping hot water, and a view out towards Ullswater, the main bathroom at Broad How is many people's favourite room in the house.

Altogether there are two bathrooms, each of which has a bidet, and one of which also has a beautiful new shower.  There is also a large walk-in rain shower and toilet in the downstairs cloakroom, and a single toilet upstairs, each with wash basin. We have also reinstated the toilet leading off the garden room.

In addition the two double bedrooms have their own washing facilities [Silver Bay and Fairfield]

All of the bathrooms and toilets are supplied with hand towels and complimentary luxury liquid soap. We also include a starter roll of loo paper in each toilet.
